(End User License Agreement)

Welcome to Synaptosearch. This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Synaptosearch (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Synaptosearch website, platform, and services available at www.synaptosearch.com (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. License Grant

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synaptosearch disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of results

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synaptosearch shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption

Even if Synaptosearch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

  • You violate this Agreement
  • We are required to comply with legal obligations
  • The Service is discontinued

Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately end.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Changes to This Agreement

Synaptosearch may update this Agreement from time to time.

When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Synaptosearch operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
